Terms
Draft, last updated October 11, 2026. 14Twelve is made by Night Shift Studio in Indiana, USA. These terms are plain-language and still pending Tony's review before they're final.
Being part of a table
14Twelve seats real indie developers around a table to swap honest testing. By joining a table you agree to actually install, open, and use the apps you're matched with for as long as your swap runs — not just click through the steps.
Community rules
- Be kind. Table chat, the forum, and the lobby are for developers helping each other, not for arguments.
- No review or rating trading, ever. 14Twelve never asks for, tracks, or rewards app store reviews or ratings in any way. Swaps are about testing, nothing else.
- No spam: no unrelated promotion, no repeated posting of the same link, no recruiting for anything outside 14Twelve.
- Breaking these rules can get a table seat, a forum account, or an account revoked.
Reliability score
Your reliability score is built only from what the app can verify: apps opened on time, opt-ins proven by your phone or confirmed by the table owner, and check-ins answered. Nobody rates anybody by hand — there are no star ratings between developers. A low score means you're matched more carefully, not banned.
Volunteer rewards
Volunteering at someone else's open table earns a reward on your own next table, under whatever the current promotion is (shown in the app before you volunteer — for example, a launch-period reward for the first 500 volunteers, or an ongoing discount after that). Rewards are tied to your account and don't expire unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions and refunds
Table purchases and Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play and follow Google Play's billing, cancellation, and refund rules. You can cancel a subscription any time in Google Play; it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Testing other people's apps is always free and never requires a subscription.
Moderators
Some community spaces (the lobby, forum, and circles) are kept by volunteer moderators — other developers, not Night Shift Studio employees. Moderators can remove posts or pause access to a space for rule-breaking; decisions can be appealed to Night Shift Studio directly.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app once accounts are live, or by writing to nightshiftstudioapps@gmail.com. Deleting your account ends any table seats you hold and removes your profile; it does not undo testing that already happened or notify other developers.
