Founder seats · the first 500
14Twelve opens with founding tables: real indie developers testing each other's apps for Google Play's closed test (12 testers, 14 days in a row). The first 500 to claim a seat are founders, numbered in the order they claim.
Your app sits at a table of 16 developers (12 seats plus a safety bench of 4), and the other 15 test it every day for 16 days: Google's 14 plus 2 safety days, so the 14 are bulletproof. No charge while we launch.
Help fill the founding tables. Your founder number stays yours, and if you bring an app later, its first table is free.
"Founder #0042" on your card in the app, in the order seats were claimed. It's earned by being here early, never bought.
Sign in with Google, or use your email and tap the confirm link. Your number is saved the moment it's confirmed.
Every table uses one 14Twelve testers Google Group. Join it once, and each owner adds the group to their closed test.
We open in waves. When it's your turn we email you; sign in with the same Google account and your number is waiting.
Opt in, install, then open each other's apps once a day for 16 days (2 are safety days). Opens are counted on your own phone.
After you claim, you get a personal link. When someone new joins 14Twelve with it and finishes their first table, you both get half off your next table. It's recorded the first time they sign up, and it never involves ratings or reviews.
This page switches to the waitlist on its own. You get a place in line and a short note every week or so with where you stand. Tables open in waves, in order: when yours comes we email you and hold your spot for a day. Everyone who joins before 14Twelve is approved for production carries a permanent ✦ Pre-launch mark on their card. While you wait you can join the testers group (once it opens), install the app and bring a developer with your invite link.
No. Founding tables are free while we launch, and nothing asks for a card. Paid tables ($12 per app) come later, and founders keep their number either way.
Google decides that, not us. A founding table helps you meet the testing requirement honestly, with real developers and real feedback.
No. Everyone on the waitlist was moved in, in the order they signed up, and keeps the invites they already brought. Open the link in your welcome email to see your founder number.
